...and this watchtower...I'm starting to feel a little uneasy... Maybe its a new prison for detainees of the "War on Error" or some other government surveillance project. But it's not what it looks like. It's just the Army Corps of Engineers getting ready to pump our tax dollars onto the beach so this knucklehead who wanted to build a house 10 yards off the ocean has an extra season to enjoy it. Whoo, what a relief.
