6 hour swell...

...it will be gone by dark. Stomach high on one side, but the other side is going XXL Surfline style!

The only time that I have found the surf report realistically exaggerated is when I call the Ocean Surf Shop Surf Report (i.e. Chest to Shoulder Height = 2-3 ft.)..."because Knowing makes a Difference." I have learned to always stick with the McKevlin's Surf Report line!; January 30, 2008

Anonymous said...: Folly Beach City Council is trying to ban surfing from 2nd block east to 3rd block west. This is above and beyond the summer restrictions in place. This will ban surfing at the pier year around. This is not a joke. Read (The Journal) article in todays Post and Courier. The council meeting is Feb. 7th at 8:30 am in the Folly Beach City hall. Please stop by the shop for info and take this seriously as a community or it will pass.; January 31, 2008
