on the way to work...

...this is why I don't take the PCH to work. Kind of hard to focus when you know the waves are crackin' and the crowds are slim. Carlsbad doing its thing, for once.

there to surf and cruise Ian.

its hard to believe that a male stripper can be up and on his way to work this early... way to go Ian..

That's insane. We never get waves like that here in LA. And if we did, there'd be 100 dudes on that peak.

I miss North County.

Yeah well I saw some killer conditions on my pier check before I went to work! My little plastic radio controlled surfer was freaking out at the 6-8 inch mackers!!!

You bastard!

Ian loves to rub it in...hey I forgot, I just won the lottery and I'm going to charter a 747 and pay for every surfer in Charleston (kooks and all) to fly out there for a few months and follow Ian around to every break there is. A $100 bonus / bounty for every wave you drop in on Ian.

Oh I forgot to mention...I'm bringing all the SUPers too. Told them Ian will be there sponser and he's really looking forward to giving up a wave or two to them.

Sheeeet...Ol'Kook caught me. See what happens when you're in a hurry at work. I feel so stewpid. And Ian...FB still has the best waves in the world. We had to keep the ASP from adding our beach to the world tour much to Kelly Slaters sorrow. 4th Street East rules. We're keeping that little gem top secret.

Don't let Ian fool you. 2 ft close outs look pretty if you take the photo at the right time.

Very true, but right now in SC we'd kill for two foot close outs.
