...here's Tim putting the finishing touches on a 5'10" bat-tail quad shaped by Tom Neilson. These U.S. made boards are hand-shaped, stringer-less eps blanks with the equivalent of 16oz of cloth on each side. They are glassed using a top secret process which involves vacuums, epoxy resins, and pixie dust. The end result is an extremely resilient and lightweight board that is built to shred.
