Ian.... i have a crack along my stringer.... had it "repaired once"... not such a good job.... and now its back... I keep it packed with wax.. should i try to repair it myself or is this unrepairable.... if you say unrepairable.... maybe my wife will understand that i need a new stick....

While I'm not Ian....and know nothing about fixing boards (well, maybe a little)...

I say it's beyond help...go buy a board.

I'll write you a note for your wife!

Keep in mind I don't know crap. It could be repairable.

I'm just good at rationalizing purchases...

good luck with the wife!

Escape from flattsville was nice. Head high plus but some wind on it. Good to get out dodge.

What is djjahd anyway? DJ Jah D? Just curious. The board is totally repairable. I can post a demonstration or email me a pic of it and I'll send you some instructions. First things first: get the wax out of it.

I told you I didn't know anything!!

Remember, it's how you put spin on it....tell her you'll let her use the board. Tell her how a new board will improve your surfing (I tell my self tht one ALL the time). Tell her IR doesn't know S**t!!! and it can't be repaired! (No offense IR, just trying to help a bro)
Promise her a new whatever she wants!

See how much help I am??? So when all this goes down, feel free to contact me for the referral to a good divorce lawyer!

Just because it's repairable doesn't mean the integrity of the board isn't compromised. Fix it and keep it as a back-up board. Plan B, you know.
