Folly must be flat again. Yes, the there was some adieu after there was supposed to be none further. That's called adieu dieu.
The ellipses signals a pause in speech. See how Jimmy Slade carefully crafted his comment with an ellipsis creating a definitive statement by emphasizing the subject "the turn" and using the ellipsis as the modifier. Quite brilliant, but that's what he gets paid to do.
And if you want to get down to brass tacks, the opening sentence is actually hyping the video up. But, it also states there was no hype preceding it. Now there is.
