Is that your foot Drew? Ok, here is a good blog. Everyone can let us know their own treatment for Jellyfish stings. When I get stung, I generally try not to rub it until I get out of the water, then I grab a handful of sand and rub it on the effected area. Fresh water rinse just seems to make it worse. Fortunately, I don't have too bad of a reaction to the sting and the pain tends to subside after about 10 to 15 minutes.

I learned from R. Kelly that peeing on it is the best remedy... for anything!! Real talk.
I was giving a lesson so I continued with that and after a while it stopped burning.
