Is that how they change the "blue fluid" in the "Surph-Teks"? Mobile fecal plate replacement program? If your POS crumbles, they just squirt a new one out of the van?
You obviously took that pic in Cardiff...as the van headed to the "CSUPRC" extravaganza...

This reminds me of the same phenomenon with styrofoam boogie boards when i was a kid in the '70s & '80s, we called them "Cooler Lids"...as soon as they hit the shore break, they became chunks of white crumbled styrofoam. Now they wrap them with "tarp" material... I guess that's like the "cloth" on a "Surph-Tek?"
