I heard there are going to be lifeguards at the washout next summer too. Also a new law were you can only ride fome boards. OK maybe not... But watch out might be coming down the pipe. The Folly I remember growing up has definitley changed. Paid parking at a dollar an hour WTF. They dont even have that in California. They are building way too much crap on the island. Also what is the parking paying for ? why don't they put in some bathrooms, and some good parking if they are going to charge a dollar an hour.I'm glad I have a decent job. I couldn't afford to surf if I was a kid now. It probably costs a 8 or 9 dollars in gas and parking now. WTF just to go surfing.
