Danielle and Earl

I don't know what you're doing next week, but I think I'll surf.

Saw a few forecasts and it's looking good...however, there is also a forecast for some 15 to 23 mph winds to chop up an otherwise good swell. Hope I'm wrong.

Anyone catch Kalani Robb on Folly Beach this past Sunday? He was with that traveling group of surfers helping kids with Cystic Fibrosis. Saw him on the channel 5, 11 o'clock news Sunday night. Nice piece on the event. No mention of the Gov's Cup. ha ha

cause the gov. cup is for kooks

I kinda agree . Notice how the best surfers aren't in the contest .
Who wants to repeat the bottom rung of the ladder over and over every year?
And they take it SO serious.
Best thing about surfing is you're not competing .
But if you insist , go big or go home!

Yeah, it's the same tired "old" faces every year. Slapping each other on the back saying how good they are. The judging is crap too...such a joke. Run by kooks.

Funny how people who hate the ESA so much seem to know so much about every aspect of it.

It's okay if you aren't good enough to compete but you shouldn't be bitter towards the people who do.

Just sayin.

sounds like a few first round clowns to me probably didn't even win a sticker pack.

Saying the gov cup is for kooks is really stupid. I have never competed but I know most of the folks who placed and they are surfers no doubt about it.

"it's the same tired "old" faces every year"
I saw more groms competing this year than ever. Really odd that you would take the time to post about something when you obviously don't know what you're talking about.

Hold your head high. You are the State Surfing Champion of South Carolina!! haha

come on grumpy donkey ,try that one on yourself first !
nobody's hatin , sorry to disappoint . If I was on a hate trip I'd feel like I owe you for your franchise or something.
just don't get it , thats all .
I know a couple of old farts who haven't missed a heat in 42 years ,and neither one owns a passport .

Whatever floats your boat ,but the best waves are elsewhere.

Air Anson!! That silly charger!

Anonymous is crying.

Hold your head high, you don't have enough talent to get out of a heat in S.C.

Finally there are waves...everyone, just shut up and surf!

I figgured out there were better waves elsewhere back in 1976.... and went.

But thanks for the advice... you hard core nomad.

Having little or no responsibilities and a silver spoon up your a$$ doesn't make you a hard core traveler or a seasoned surfer dooood.

Go travel anonymous hero, noone cares.
