Kwanzaa Surf

As I am sure you all know, yesterday was the first day of the week long celebration of Kwanzaa. I hope you enjoyed yesterday's waves and were able to make it home to honor them by lighting your Kinara.

Happy Kwanzaa!!!

Sorry I missed it (Saturday)! The surf, not Kwanzaa. But the waves weren't too bad on Sunday afternoon. BTW It was also Boxing Day on the 26th. So to all those who place objects in boxes or enjoy punching things...have a great holiday.

2nd photo looks sick, are you sure that's Folly?

If it was so good, why no pictures with riders on a wave?

It was mediocre at best and you know it.

Signed,
Missed it due to holiday commitments.

It was mediocre for hatteras... for folly it was pumpin' Not "epic" mind you, but pumpin'

Drew said...

I had to work so I missed it too. But despite that, even I can say it was better than mediocre... at least it looked like it from the beach while checking the surf.

Does Kwanzaa Claus steal the electronics while the Kwanzaa elves shoot at each other with 9mm's held sideways?

There are still a few rascist kicking .When you are on the bottom you gotta find someone to put beneath you.
Notice the people that put down other races . Notice all the other things they put down .They're just downers.
Hitler used humor as a subtle form of rascism. The Nazis knew that rascist jokes were powerful tools to be used in there propaganda.

Surfing is lucky because our community has far less of the knuckle draggers than some groups, but its still amazing to see a real live surfing redneck/rascist in this day and age.
We don't have too many black surfers in Charleston and thats a shame, but we have a couple and I'm real proud of them .Even moreso considering the ignorance displayed by some members of our 'enlightned' surf culture.
TO THE BLACK SURFERS AT THE WASHOUT I SALUTE YOU!

Isn't it ironic that our local politician Wendall Gillard is pushing a new bill or law or whatever called the "drive-by"?

I guess it's a version of the "hate crime" bill except this time it covers black on black crime.

Isn't it also ironic that the righteous Anon can point a finger and stereotype someone for making an off handed comment?

Anon says, "There are still a few rascist kicking .When you are on the bottom you gotta find someone to put beneath you.
Notice the people that put down other races . Notice all the other things they put down .They're just downers."

Then they go on to say, "Surfing is lucky because our community has far less of the knuckle draggers than some groups, but its still amazing to see a real live surfing redneck/rascist in this day and age."

Knuckle draggers?
Red Neck racist?
Ignorant?

Really, now that's just a downer.

And I'm proud that you're proud of the black surfers and pidgeon hole them as being black....to me, they are just another person, another human being if you will, I'll gladly share waves with.

Will the real racist, please step forward.

I'm the Anon who attempted the joke. Not suprised that some panty waist liberal was offended.

Sorry to any black surfers who read this blog.

One persons "off-handed comments" is another's bigotry.
Read the sixth comment and decide for yourself.

I feel so ashammed that I'm a white surfer. WTF people, lighten up! Who cares, live and let live. You can't change the essence of a person overnight. Happy 2010.

Calling people "knuckle draggers" who have a different outlook on life, due to environmental circumstances, ie: real life experience, could be considered bigotry as well.

So from one bigot to another,

Happy New Year..

Chris Rock said it best..."I love black people, but I hate a ni..er." I agree, but I'll add that I love white people, but hate a redneck, meaning not someone because they're southern, but anyone full of hate. Basically I don't like anyone of any race that is an asshole. Good peole rule, idiots suck. And the earth is full of idiots.

So you're full of hate for anyone you deem full of hate, based on a joke they tell.

Gotcha...

I'm also glad to finally understand why more black people don't surf... because of all the redneck, knuckle dragging, racist who pollute the beach with hatred towards minorities.

I learn so much from liberals.

Just Saying said...

Just saying! No offense to anyone, but in approximately 10 to 15 years, according to the US census, whites will be the minority. So knuckle dragging good ole' boys will be replaced by Pedro or LaFahnduh...sorry if I offend. But a fact is a fact. Just saying!

What's your point?

By the way, facts only offend liberals.

Ok I was outta town to watch carolina get their ass kicked the last couple days and have been missing all these interesting posts. Being that I commented that the kwanzaa joke was humorous but messed up and i'm like the only one who puts my real name up here other than drew I would like to say, for the record, I am not racist I just thing jokes on stereotypes are funny. I laugh at that the same way I do when people make fun of the way white people act. Anyway thats obviously enough on that topic.

Here is another wonderful story... no hoopla, no fan far, no Sharpton or Jackson consoling a grieving family during a candle light vigil...no national media outlets portraying South Carolina as a state full of monsters...

No, just look the other way and call people names who tell jokes based on stereotypes.

Read the comments at the bottom. It brings up another horrible story which was also swept under the rug by the PC Police.

Go salute and be proud.

That story is just the tip of the iceberg. Seems that in todays politically correct society (run by liberals) being white is wrong! Being a "thug" and glorifying an uneducated crime riddled culture seems to be what is considered cool and good for the nation. Doesn't this mirror the fall of other great cultures. In 30 years or less this country of ours will just be one massive 3rd world nation. Wake up people, everyone should do their small part to improve our society, not tear it down! On a lighter note, waves will someday be here again.

what blog is this?

Trey said...

Not like I really care but I just had a thought over my afternoon bowl(of cheerios of course)Some of the same people who are calling the guy who posted the kwanzaa joke a racist bigot would probably think that shit was hilarious if they saw it portrayed on family guy

Conrad said...

They thought it was hilarious when Letterman was making the sex jokes about Palin's teenage daughter too.

Drew my bad, no harm intended. I think you got a pretty good visitor following. Dont think theres need to worry.

I'm kind of poor so I'll put a link on my site to yours instead of the $50.
